Basics of animal reproduction

This is one of ten Extension Modules developed through the ten-year ASLP Dairy project.

Animal reproduction is a key to socio economic status of smallholder dairy farmers. Reproductive issues, poor breeding and management are the bottleneck in farm profit. This training resource addresses this issue and provides the recommendations for farmers to get “a calf per year”.
